TCWL.M is from February 11th - 14th, 2010 in Brno, Czech Republic. The main programme will take place at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno.
We want to create an international platform for young people to share their knowledge, ideas and thoughts. It will be a place to get to know new people from Europe - to enlarge your network!
You can find more information about TCWL.M here and see the full programme here.
You can register from December 1st, 2009 until January 31st, 2010. The workshop will accept up to 50 participants.
The participation fee is 15 € when you register in December and 20 € when you register in January. Information about how to pay this fee will be sent with the confirmation of your registration. We don't pay transfer costs.
The registration is binding.
TRAVEL COSTS AND ACCOMMODATION
You will pay travel costs yourself, but we will provide accommodation. Accommodation will be in hostels if we get enough funding, or provided by Czech students.
Check for country specific possibilities to get funding for international study travels in context of your study programme. A good way to find out about these is asking the international coordinator of your home university!
If you don't study anymore, you can apply for different mobility programmes within the EU or country specific mobility programmes.
If you have further questions contact us: team@tcwlm.net
Hope to see you in Brno!

Money
Exchanging money

There’s a nationwide network of ATMs (bankomaty). The main banks – Komerční banka, Česká spořitelna, ČSOB and Živnostenská banka – are the best places to change cash and travellers cheques or get a cash advance on Visa or MasterCard. American Express and Thomas Cook offices change their own-brand cheques without commission.
Beware of the private exchange offices (směnárna), especially in Prague – they advertise misleading rates and often charge exorbitant commissions or ‘handling fees’.
Credit cards are widely accepted in petrol stations, midrange and top-end hotels, restaurants and shops. Payment cards brands including MasterCard , Maestro and Visa, Visa Electron.

Tipping
