World Café and a dinner during the first day gave us the opportunity to get to know each other and network. In the management workshops we worked on concrete issues in the daily work of an arts manager/cultural worker. We shared knowledge, got input from others and discussed a lot! The artistic workshops continue the work on our topics, but in a much more creative way.

During Tracking Brno we had the opportunity to explore Brno’s cultural scene and talk to different players from the field. And finally at the open space part we got to know about a lot of interesting projects and ideas o YOU.
