Management Workshop
In the workshop, the Produforum model is presented with respect to benefits of co-working, cross border cooperation, sharing knowledge and an open network. We will look into the concept of networking platforms where arts management and education meets. We will also create our vision of the best possible working conditions for cultural managers/freelancers in the independent field. How do we want to work? What do the co-working spaces look like? How can I always feel welcome in the international network of cultural managers? Which are the tools to get there?
